Step 1 - Reference photo

Choosing your reference photo

A clear close up reference photo is best to capture the most detail within the drawing. On the left is an example of a good reference photo (modelled by my very own pooch). 


Sadly, if your pet has passed away and you haven't got any clear photos of them, please send as many photos as you have and I will try to do my best to capture the likeness. 

Step 2 - Choose your portrait size & Costs

Using Premium Coloured Pencils. The below prices includes postage and packaging (UK only). Backgrounds are at an additional charge.

6" x 8"

£100

9" x 12"

£200

This price is for 1 subject, additional subjects are £50 per subject.

12" x 16"

£300

This price is for 1 subject, additional subjects are £50 per subject.

16" x 24"

£400

This price is for 1 subject, additional subjects are £50 per subject.

Step 3 - booking process

Deposit

Once you have contacted me with your portrait size and the reference photo(s), I will ask for a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining 50% will be paid upon completion and when you are completely satisfied with your commission. 

Updates

Throughout my time completing your commission, I can send you regular updates of how it is coming along. However, if you prefer it to be a surprise then just let me know!


The time to complete a portrait differs depending on size and the number of subjects but if you do have a specific date you would like it by, then then please let me know and I will always try my best. 

Postage & Packaging

Once your remaining balance is received I will post your portrait to you securely using Royal Mail tracked and signed for service. 

UK postage prices are included. International postage will be charged at an additional cost.
